ROOT FW18 Campaign made in collaboration with photographer Daniel Dorsa–a work of images shot in black and white–called Human Nature. Color, texture, and form are essential elements in art–by putting forth surrealist images–it establishes an intimacy between the concept and the viewer.
Dorsa and I decided to go with minimal retouching to keep the pureness of the campaign intact. We wanted to stray away from heavy touches in post-production, as this gives a chance for viewers to embrace a sense of light, pleasure, lack of focus, sensuality, and darkness all at the same time.
